LifeGroups

Small groups are a key aspect of our church community. Most meet weekly in homes. We try to keep them limited to about 8 to 12 people, or 7 to 8 couples.

FAQ's

  • LifeGroups are for anyone. We mean that. We have groups that are based on age, gender, or season of life, and we also have groups that are a mix of people from all walks of life.

  • Each Group is unique, but most involve food, real talk, and learning to follow Jesus together. The majority of our groups are sermon-based, meaning they discuss the passage and questions from the sermon on Sunday.

You’ll be building an authentic community and friendship as you pursue God together.

  • Groups meet on different days and times throughout the week. Our LifeGroups meet weekly for a season of about 8-10 weeks. They take a break after each season and then start back up. This gives a chance for new people to join a group.

  • Groups meet in homes of a LifeGroup Host. We have homes located over the Gaston area.

  • LifeGroups are meant to meet the basic needs of every Christian. We follow the biblical principle that we find in the book of Acts to develop and train disciples. Each group is designed to focus on prayer, care, and fellowship.

  • We don't offer childcare for LifeGroups. However, some Groups share the responsibility of arranging their own childcare by finding sitters or rotating the responsibilities amongst group members. Some Groups include children while they meet.
